Elden Ring Nightreign, to everyone’s surprise, is heading for a bit of a flight start (even if not everyone is in full love yet). The solo experience isn’t that intriguing, so I’m not going to dive into it yet. I don’t want to match up with the other two lands that will definitely abandon me the moment I forget my character can. There is no duo option either. What you’re actually aiming for, something that was a bit forgotten during development, but may come down further. However, the power of modifications always passes through. Despite being released only yesterday, there is already a seamless cooperative mod that allows for duo.
Those who have previously indulged in a slightly seamless cooperative with the others of Soulslikes of the right title (nightreign), a slightly seamless cooperative, will not be surprised to hear that it is nothing but Yui. She created the original Eldenling seamless cooperative mod a few years ago, along with Dark Souls, which she remastered last month.

Like these two mods, this allows you to play online with friends without all the FAFFs you’ll find in FromSoft games, even if it’s easier to play with others in Nightreign than usual.
For now, mods are very easy. You can create two or three player lobbies and play them online. Yui said, “There’s a lot more going on in the future, but the current game doesn’t have a two-player mode, but this mod will be available in this state.” Don’t worry about banning you from normal online, as the game will even prevent you from connecting to a matchmaking server in the first place. What more can I ask for?
