Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 developer Sandfall Interactive has announced that turn-based RPGs did not suspend sales successfully. The game, which came out more than a month ago, sells over 3.3 million copies worldwide.

The success of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 began at the time of release. The game quickly fired the Steam charts, selling 1 million copies in the first three days.

The fact that the Expedition 33 was released on Game Pass has made one million more impressive. That means there was no need to play the copy. Existing GamePass members, or the millions who subscribe for a month each time a hot new release is announced, should not focus on these sales.

Expedition 33 is a highly planned and launched in opposition to the long-term release of Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remastered.

Sandfall later announced that sales of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 had passed 2 million copies. This brings today’s news to 3.3 million. The fact that it was achieved in 33 days is actually just on the cake.

Even outside the game circle, Claire’s Unclearness: Expedition 33 has been recognized by people such as French President Emmanuel Macron, who praised the “boldness and creativity” of the French game. Shortly after its release, the game’s excellent soundtrack won the number one spot on Billboard’s Classic Albums chart.

Sandfall has been working on the game and has recently hinted at the Switch 2 version, indicating the possibility of some sort of DLC.
