Roadside Research is like if Lethal Company were a game where you're a poorly disguised alien running a gas station

Let’s start with the definition. The fatal company is “one such a game.” So it’s a cooperative title of four players who don’t actually adhere to a particular genre, primarily prioritizing the mechanisms that allow you and some friends to reach shenanigans. It’s one of those little games, like content warnings and reports! Now we’ve made it out of the way. Let me introduce you to one such game: roadside research. Do you know what I mean?

It’s a very stupid concept, and as I said quickly, there’s a disguise that’s just literally a paper tape-papered onto the faces of a gray (and not gray) alien. When it comes to instant gameplay, you’ll do what a completely regular person working at a gas station does.

You need to cook and clean too. I think the second one is a hot dog that rounds up spinning poles you’re not 100% sure. Once you’ve finished working for the day, you can upgrade your gas station – again, the typical human thing – you can help bring in more people the next day.

Government officials who look like black have men to avoid because of the slightest threat. Overall it looks like a ridiculous and fun time, but I’m generally not interested in online cooperative games, but this recent trend in comedy online cooperative games, where there’s often no real violence, certainly appealing to me.

Roadside Research doesn’t have a release date yet, but you can get your wish list on Steam here.
