There is a wider background story and lots of lore, but I’m not saying that the story is a gameplay driver for us here, but it’s a more traditional survival mechanism that pushes (and pulls) players.

What types of weapons can you see? Frosting trail?
A classic lineup of (WW1-ESCE!) firearm archetypes, including pistols, shotguns, rifles, machine guns, and at first a handful of basic melee weapons. All guns are also crafts, and modular craft systems provide a way to enhance your weapon.
There are plenty of guns, but how viable is a melee-centric character?
