As part of today’s summer Gamefest kickoff show, what many Arc Raiders players and fans wanted was actually done. Since the end of the second technical test in early May, many of those who participated never wanted to stop playing.
In fact, considering how sophisticated the game was, even in its early stages, it was entirely sought to be officially released. Today, fans didn’t receive it exactly, but they received the Shooter release date.

While many have been hopeful for another beta test in the imminent future, it appears fans will need to wait a little longer to return to the Ark Raiders. The latter was especially true for millions who simply couldn’t get into Tech Test 2, and although I watched and read the content of people playing the day, it definitely didn’t make things easier.
Well, everyone can celebrate today. Arc Raiders will be released on October 30, 2025 for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/s. This looks like an updated build that will be extended in Tech Test 2, but you’ll need to spend some time seeing how much it has changed.
The game didn’t require much work as Arc Raiders already has strong characters, a solid gameplay loop and an atmosphere that brings me back to the golden age of classic PUBG.
Arc Raiders developer Embark appears to have a good relationship with Geoff Keighley. The extraction shooter game was first announced at the 2021 Game Awards.
The studio’s first game, the Final, was a shadowdrop in December 2023 at the Game Awards of the year, so anyone can bet this summer’s summer game fest is perfect for Ark Raiders news.
