Dead by Daylight Steam count hits giant, record highs thanks to new FNAF update

I died in the daytime It hosts crossovers in all fictional universes, horror and more possible. Over the years, I have seen survivors and murderers based on film series such as Halloween, Evil Dead, Nightmare on Elm Street, Child’s Play, Castlevania, Resident Evil, and Silent Hill. Naturally, DBD must work on introducing one of the most popular horror game series of the past decades. And now, with Freddie’s five night launch at DLC, the crossover was finally realized, resulting in a steam-explosion of DBD.

The DBD FNAF chapter brought a wave of new and returning players who came to horror games. The highly anticipated DLC will be added to the molded animatronic spring trap as a killer, theme banner and badge, while Freddie Fazvia pizza will be added as a new map for all the dead in Daylight Players.

As a result of the release of the DLC, the game’s player count has skyrocketed to new heights. At the time of writing, there were 99,304 players online, but early today, that number was large at 106,029. This dates back to 105,093 players in 2021 and was killed by Daylight’s previous all-time player peak.

Dead by Daylight: Five nights at Freddie’s are now available. The base game is also available at a 60% discount on Steam, reducing its price to $7.99/£5.99 until Thursday, June 26th. Here you’ll get a 5 night base game at Freddy’s DLC.
