Kojima Productions developers will take a little break once the release of the product is finished Death Stranding 2: On the Beach On June 26th, director Kojima revealed through a recent episode of his radio show that he has already begun working on his studio’s next project. As caught up in X user genki_jpn, Kojima spoke about how others dislike when they start submitting their project plans early.
“I’m already working on the next thing,” Kojima said. “It’s just me. Everyone hates me when you submit your project plan at this point. They say, “Hmm? I thought you were taking a break. But you’re talking about the next thing.”
Kojima also spoke about the fact that the studio will continue to support Death Stranding 2: On the Beach Use post-release updates after the developer gets a break. 3D modelers are back to work as they need to work on the artbook. This means you need to start working on characters, bosses, weapon renderings and more.
Because there are no plans for DLC after release Death Stranding 2: On the BeachBut the studio can probably take some form of break. Kojima has seen an update to bug fixes, but it sees the post-release episode DLC release as “really not trending,” but Prebios has said before.
“There are no plans at this time regarding DLC,” Kojima said. “That sort of thing isn’t trending anymore. Is that so? I used to add post-release ones quite regularly. But now – maybe there’s something like that. After it’s released at the end of June, a bug pops up. We may continue to improve the game.
Kojima also revealed that there was originally a plan for the protagonist Sam Porter Bridge to feature more dynamic and customizable hair. On his radio show, he talked about how technology was developed to grow Sam’s hair in real time, and how players will get the option to change the color of his hair. But in the end, these plans were scrapped.

The event, scheduled to be released at 7pm, will be hosted by Geoff Keighley, and will also feature panels with Kojima and other “special guests.” The event is also expected to be a place where you can watch the game’s final launch trailer.
