Elden Ring Nightreign has been competing in just under two weeks. Usually, it’s enough time for some common strategies, and smart discoveries to appear. However, due to the structure of the game, it is not always easy to replicate the experience, making it much more difficult to identify those.
When appropriate, Night Road – the ultimate boss of the game, with the whole experience being directed. Most players cannot compete with them as often as they want. It took me a while to learn some basic things about them as I am not able to re-enter the boss room after I die.

However, the FromSoftware community is always on offer, and their latest achievements are one that most players benefit from. Approximately a week after the game was announced, one Japanese player posted a full chart of the weaknesses and resistance of each boss in Nightrign.
The same chart was later translated into English by another Reddit user, and it’s truly eye-opening. The chart lists all night long. Each boss is weak/resistant to weak/resistant (standard, slash, strike, piercing), and the same goes for elemental damage (magic, fire, lightning, sacred, poison, rot, frostbite, sleep, madness).
It’s also color coded, making it much easier to see everything at a glance. Nightreign actually lists the weaknesses of each night lord in the game, but it only shows one element they are weak and isn’t as close to detail as its chart.
Looking at the charts, you can see how corruption is effective for all nighttime. The only other widely effective element is sleep, but not against beasts like auger or equilibrium. You can also see that each boss has two to four weaknesses. However, there is only one DarkRift Knight Fulghor.
As for the subject of data disclosure, Nightreign just doesn’t appear by default, and DataMiner and Modder recently discovered that the game delves deep into the character grades that assign attributes to each character’s stats page, and that they are pretty much misleading. In the background, character statistics work almost exactly the same as what you do properly in Eldenling.
