Oblivion Remastered just got a full Skyrim-style smithing system thanks to a modder, in case you've missed making stuff by getting very good at banging hot things

that’s right. Oblivion Remastered Modders continues to find ways to bring out something really cool despite the lack of official tools. The latest and interesting new mods to drop add the Skyrim-style Smith system and the entire skill to the game. This is due to someone who has already blown us away with the Faction overhaul.

Yes, the modder Coldtyrant has returned to his back. Obviously, we weren’t satisfied with all the remastered remodeling efforts of the interesting Oblivion that we chatted with recently. During that combo, they teased a “secret project” that everyone thought would dig – I don’t know if this is that, but it certainly qualifies in my book.

Their latest job is “Skill Line – Smith,” and as you expect from the name, it adds the ability to make to Forge to forget, completely separate from the established armed personnel skills that unfolds hammering your sword to stop it from breaking.

New interactive counterfeiting is found. Each consists of a “Smith Chest” that stores the materials used in crafting, and anvil and leather racks that allow the saved one to be converted into new gear, can be converted into the usual processed animal bits needed to fake certain things. There is also an “equipment smelter” that can be used to melt existing mengant gear and blend in with raw materials for crafting.

The mod adds one of these forging stations to each of the major cities of Cyrodiil. You can find the exact location by examining the images on the mod page. To find the materials needed to create a specific weapon and armor, you will need to refer to the special Smith workbook, which left a free copy of the top of every anvil he added.

That being said, you need to make sure your character has the Smith skills to create what they want. Add mods and add books you can use to track how good you are when you make more. “Now, it is not possible to properly integrate new skills into the user interface,” explains Coldtyrant.

As you can imagine, the further you go towards the level 100 cap where you can get this new skill, the more you will need to create to continue to level up Smith. Oh, if you’re fantasizing, trembling island counterfeiting will allow you to make a golden st gear with a dark seducator.

Like most of the other mods in Coldtyrant, if you want to try out the mods, you will need to get Remastered’s UE4SS and UE4SS TessyncMapinjector.

Be sure to check out all the interviews we’ve done with the remastered modders of Forgetting Modders, which pushed boundaries.
