Chronicle Update
Next official update Fasmus phobia There is no time slot for official releases other than 2025, but that’s a big one. Called the Chronicle Update, it includes a complete overhaul of evidence collection systems, media systems and shining new equipment that collaborates with.

Chronicle updates don’t mention new ghosts, but you may see some Changes to new ghost types or evidence types for existing ghosts. Every ghost has three unique evidence types that can be identified based on the available equipment, and this update adds a new type of equipment and therefore must be tied to a specific ghost type. This means that fresh ghosts with sound recorders as evidence can be added. Alternatively, existing ghosts may be slightly altered to accommodate it.
New little map
A new little map will arrive in 2025. We still don’t know about this location except that it’s “completely unique” compared to all the other maps released so far. The roadmap has superpixelized images, but it’s hard to see the details.
I think this is the map purely based on past map release patterns and my own personal speculations It could be a diner. On a reworked map of Breesdale farmers, there is a suspicious newspaper named “Nell’s Diner.” The developer previously teased the release of Point Hope Map as a clue to reworking the Maple Lodge Campground. So I think it’s likely they’re doing it again here, especially as the diner lined up pretty well with the blurry map teasers we saw.

Grafton Farm House Rework
While Breesdale Farmhouse undergoes a flashy transformation, Grafton Farmhouse receives the opposite treatment and runs away even more dilapidated. I haven’t seen much about what this redesign involves yet, but I know at least two areas that it contains.
The first area appears to have been newly designed Outdoor space It has a chicken coop. The outdoor area on this map is not currently an area where ghosts can appear, but like farmers in Breesdale, new spaces can be updated to include possible ghost rooms.
Other new areas have been teased so far only with artwork and are creepy Workshop for tailors. This area is full of mannequins, boxes, fabric and other debris scattered around it.
Officially, Grafton Farmhouse rework is underway since September 24, 2024 Fasmus phobia Trello Board. This means there’s still a fairly long way to go before it’s released. Some of the goals left in this update before it was released include creating art assets, setting up for gameplay, adding final touches, and testing in a closed beta. The development process is still quite early, but it is scheduled for release in 2025.
Other maps have been reworked
In addition to reworking Blaisedale Farm House and Grafton Farm House, All other house maps There are also redesigns planned for the future. The only other thing that has been confirmed to be officially arriving in 2025 is the 6 Tanglewood Drive, but it will be released as soon as it is ready, so additional reworks may arrive at any time.
Although no other sneak peaks or details about map reworks have been shared, 6 Tanglewood Drive, 13 Willow Street, 42 Edgefield Road, and 10 Ridgeview Court are all listed in the “Planned” column in the updated Trelo. Although we don’t know what these reworks will look like, the developers said in their roadmap that all the redesigns will feature “a complete artistic overhaul of each map, including new assets and animations,” plus “visual details and some layout changes.”
Overhaul of player characters
The second major update planned for 2025 is the overhaul update for player characters. All character models have been updated, improving animations and improving the overall character experience. There is no date for this update, but it will arrive after Chronicle update.
Although not included in this update, the player model will ultimately be fully customized in the future. This feature is currently scheduled for 2026.
Twitch Drops
In the “Planned” section of the update Trello, Twitch drops as what the team is working on. We don’t know much about it yet, but we would like to add “player cosmetics, trophies, and badge support” to the description.
Legend update
“Reworking current lore surrounding the maps, ghosts, player characters, and the overall world” is currently in the concept phase of the Trello board. There is no much lore now Fasmus phobiaso it would be interesting to see what this update brings.
Holiday Event
Special events for holidays are a staple food Fasmus phobia. We look forward to at least three in 2025 as we can watch Easter, Halloween and Christmas events every year.
Easter 2025 Event According to the Trello Board, it has been in development since September 24th, 2024. It is scheduled for release April Introducing a new theme that is different from previous versions of the event.
For Halloween and Christmas Blood Moon Event and Winter is an event I’ll be back. The general system for these events remains the same, but some changes will be made based on player feedback. Although the full scope of these changes is not yet known, the team noted that these events include personal rewards and the ability to experience the event on a variety of maps based on a weekly rotation schedule.
Other new maps
Currently, the work, which is a new small map mentioned previously, has one new map, but there are other new maps in development as well. We don’t know much about them, but the roadmap emphasized that most future maps are “relatively small,” so the team can “release more maps than more maps.”
Beyond the new little map, no other maps appear to be planned for 2025. However, there are new maps that will be released soon as they are ready in 2026. No official information on future maps has been released, but ideas previously shared by developers posted to Discord include apartment maps, sewer maps and mansion maps. All of these were discarded to focus on bigger game updates, but they provide a bit of insight into what type of map the team has thought of.
More map redesigns are also scheduled for 2026, but we don’t know which maps will be included in this yet.
Horror 2.0

Breesdale farmer maps have undergone a complete overhaul, released on March 10th, 2025. This map has undergone a very flashy redesign that will help distinguish the two farm maps from each other. The entire location got a new look with slightly altered layouts and new areas to explore. garden An area with two ghost rooms.
Some of the other new areas featured in this house are:
