Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake Team is “Still Deep in the Game,” New Artwork Revealed

Ubisoft recently confirmed it Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake It arrives at some point in the first quarter of 2026, but since its first controversial and obvious release in 2021, there have been no new gameplay or trailers. That hadn’t changed, but Ubisoft Montreal recently tweeted, “Deep in the game – ensuring that sand moves with purpose and sand moves.”

Fans also assured that the remake was “made by a team that really cares for them, and they pour their hearts (and lots of coffee) into every step.” Does it suggest potential re-relief or upcoming news? No, but there are some great new artwork included.

Despite the lack of new trailers, the remake received a significant share of other details. It has been confirmed to feature redesigned levels and combat, and Ubisoft Toronto (See the dog: Legion, Far Cry 6) I joined as a co-developer last year. Game Director Michael McIntyre also said the story would not change, but Farrar would be “more being” and “more interaction” with the prince.

She will also be revamped to a “great character” even if she can’t play. However, much of the new content will often be “optional.” Fans shouldn’t expect a ton of extra scenes.
