Summer Game Fest 2025 We’ll be back in June to fill the vacuum left by E3 – we can rest in peace – and we’ll be joined by a long list of showcases such as Xbox, which will host shows like Day of the Devs and Whol Seousheal Direct, as well as a tireless, independent organizer.
However, this summer’s Game Fest and Not-E3 Extravaganza may look a little lighter. Publishers such as Sony, Nintendo, and Ubisoft have yet to check events for their respective brands (PlayStation Showcase, Nintendo Direct, and Ubisoft Forward), but they can usually change as they approach the E3 season.
This guide for Summer Game Fest and Not-E3 2025 will stop scheduling meetings with dates and times across North American and European time zones. (This story will be updated with new events and details announced.)

Summer Game Fest 2025 Things will start on Friday, June 6th. Jeff Kayley’s annual showcase will be held in 2025 and 2026 and will be born from the YouTube Theater in Los Angeles. SGF 2025 is expected to run for approximately 2 hours.
Expect the biggest release of AAA sequels, surprises and world premieres to appear at Summer Game Fest 2025, focusing on the types of games that E3 has been booked in showcases in the past. Everything announced at SGF 2024 is thinking about what to expect.

Day of the Devs Summer Game Fest Edition Immediately after the SGF 2025 lap, we will be streaming live to 4pm PST/7pm/11pm GMT on June 6th. Day of the Devs is a co-producer between Double Fine Productions and IAM8Bit nonprofits, revealing and highlighting some of the best and most creative indie games from a variety of creators. Looking for an original, maybe a bit weird? Don’t miss this show afterwards.

Future games showcase summer showcase We promise to highlight “some of the most exciting games on the horizon” with world premieres, exclusive game demos, developer interviews and new trailers for over 40 games. It has been confirmed that it will appear. Order 8020hangar 13’s Mafia: Old Countries and Christol: Theatre From Blumhouse Games. Actors Laura Bailey and Matthew Mercer will host this year’s Future Game Show Summer Showcase.

Microsoft’s Xbox Games Showcase 2025 It will be streamed live on Sunday, June 8th from 10am to 1pm to 6pm, from 10am on GMT. The Xbox team will look at upcoming titles from Xbox Game Studios and third-party partners.
Right after the Xbox Games Showcase, Obsidian Entertainment will get its own Outer World 2 A direct showcase that delves deep into this year’s highly anticipated sci-fi RPG sequel.

PC Gamer PC Game Show PC games will be displayed on Sunday, June 8th. Nothing will be displayed except for PC games. Organizers say this year’s PC game show is “full of exclusives, announcements, world premieres and behind the scenes interviews.” Approximately 50 games will be on display that have been confirmed to display publishers Ubisoft, Failbetter Games, Devolver Digital and Astra Logical.

Sony Interactive Entertainment has not been announced PlayStation Showcase or The state of play Summer Game Fest/Not-E3 season events usually take place in late May or early June. Sony has a play showcase for the film for June, according to frequently leaked Jeff Grubb.

Nintendo is also normal Nintendo Direct Presentations from mid- to late June, the company has yet to announce such an event for 2025. However, Nintendo is about to launch the Switch 2 on June 5th, so don’t be surprised if the lineup of next-generation consoles is shown soon or after release.
